About Laura H. Fraser, LCSW

Laura has worked in a wide variety of settings throughout her professional life – both public and private. Laura has provided direct clinical services and served in managerial positions supervising clinicians and interns. The settings have ranged from schools, a mobile suicide crisis team, providing cutting edge in-home therapy for families at-risk, to building a large scale Wrap-Around program for the children and families of Santa Clara County. During that time, Laura also provided post-adoption services for all members of the adoption triad.

Laura worked for several years in the busy Psychiatric/Behavioral Medicine Clinic at Palo Alto Medical Foundation (Fremont site). Over 15 years ago, Laura developed a private practice in both Fremont and Palo Alto. More recently, Laura practiced for three years in La Jolla, CA.

Laura now works in the beautiful city of San Francisco. When she is away from her office, she is busy keeping things running smoothly with her active family and big, goofy dog. She enjoys all the literary and cultural opportunities available in the City and also getting beyond the City to the mountains and the coast.
